• Your primary focus will be generating partnerships for the Dirk Kreuter brand, specifically through the Podcast and YouTube in Chinese.
• Your main goal is to increase Dirk Kreuter's reach across all social media channels in Chinese.
• You will negotiate both short- and long-term partnerships and alliances, including their terms and conditions.
• You will be the main point of contact for all matters related to external partnerships in Chinese.
• You will permanently monitor the continuing education market, identifying potential risks and opportunities for us.
• You will contribute ideas, develop concepts, present them to the management, and then implement them.

• Ideally, you bring an existing network in the social media/podcast sector and have proven success in acquiring cooperation partners.
• Very good knowledge of the Coaching Market and legal conditions in Chinese
• You have a strong understanding of YouTube and podcasts.
• You possess excellent communication skills in german, english and chinese.
• You have a friendly and professional demeanor when dealing with internal and external contacts.
• You are characterized by high flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• A hands-on mentality and a structured, self-reliant work style are second nature to you.
• You are a trustworthy individual with high social competence and a strong sense of initiative.
